ANEKERE BEEDHI IS `MANDYA TO MUMBAI`

The announcement of `Renigunta` Tamil film remake made in April 2012 by Joseph, son of eminent drum specialist Deva has finally taken a shape with change in name as`Mandya to Mumba`and come before the media.

As a matter of fact`Renigunta` was released six years ago in Tamil. Keertha Joseph also changed his name as Vaardhik Joseph with the change in title for the film. T Patti Ganesh of original film performed the similar role in Kannada version.

`Anekere Beedhi` that has 180 years history is major part of the film. Joseph has made a research with his team. In place of Sriki as lead actor Rakesh Adiga takes that place. Charan remains same as music director. Sanjana, Naveen Krishna, Madhuri, Shekhar, Chandan and Chiran are part of the cast. Jyothirlingam is producer.

For Sanjaana it is a new experience. She had seen good dedication of newbie. They have abundant freshness. I play a slum girl – de glam role stated Sanjana. She calls director Joseph as ‘Deola’…that is also starting of a song in the film – meaning Do You Love Me.

The shoot was held in Mysooru, Mandya, Bengaluru, Chitradurga – all natural locations and only for one song a set was erected says Joseph.

Darshan Kanaka is first unit cameraman and Vishvesh Shivaprasad is second unit cameraman for this ‘MM’.
